What the Customer Asked For
Our customer in Crossmaglen requested a full garden revamp to transform a wet and boggy space with uneven levels, which rendered more than 50% of the garden unusable. Their specific requirements included:
- Levelling the entire garden.
- Building a retaining wall.
- Installing a 26m flower bed bordered with 8”x4” rough granite kerbs.
- Constructing a 110sqm porcelain patio with steps at each door.
- Adding an aluminium all-weather pergola with an open roof for sun and a closed roof with pull-down sides for rain.
- Creating an enclosure for the boiler and oil tank.
- Installing 300sqm of luxury roll-out turf with adequate drainage
Project Challenges

- Managing the removal of over 300 tonnes of muck from the garden.
- Bringing in and utilizing 250 tonnes of stone and 30 tonnes of quality screened topsoil.
