To ensure your custom stair gate fits perfectly, follow the instructions below based on your setup:

1. Wall-to-Wall Setup

• Measure the distance between the lower part of the walls where the gate will be fitted.
• Measure the distance between the upper part of the walls at the same location.
• Note both measurements.

2. Panel Wall to Wall/Post Setup

• Identify the most outward part of the panelling where the gate will be fitted.
• Measure from this point to the opposite wall or inside post at the lower position.
• Measure from this point to the opposite wall or inside post at the upper position.
• Note both measurements.

3. Post-to-Post Setup

• Measure the distance from the inside of one post to the inside of the other post at the lower position where the gate will be fitted.
• Measure the distance from the inside of one post to the inside of the other post at the upper position.

4. Wall-to-Inside of Post Setup

• Measure the distance from the wall to the inside of the post at the lower position where the gate will be fitted.
• Measure the distance from the wall to the inside of the post at the upper position.
